"License invalid" or "Domain Invalid"
The license is locked to a different domain or folder, usually after moving Blesta. Reissue the license in your K & K client area (Services > your license > Reissue License), then click Save & Check under Forum > Forum Settings.
Pro tabs show a "Pro" badge or a notice instead of the feature
No valid license is active. Enter your key under Forum > Forum Settings and click Save & Check. The forum keeps working as the free edition until then.
The plugin won't load after uploading Pro
Client Forum Pro needs ionCube Loader v15 and PHP 8.3. Ask your host to enable ionCube for your PHP version.
Profile photo upload doesn't work
Photos need the PHP GD extension. If GD is missing, the Profile Photo page says so. Large phone photos (up to 10 MB) are fine; your server's upload limit also applies.
Attachments are refused
Up to 3 files per post, 5 MB each: jpg, png, gif, pdf, txt, log or zip. The file's contents must match its extension. The PHP fileinfo extension must be enabled.
Scheduled announcements don't publish
Check that Blesta's cron is running and that Publish Scheduled Forum Announcements is enabled under Settings > Company > Automation > Plugin.
Members aren't getting @mention emails
- Make sure @Mentions is ticked under Forum > Forum Settings.
- You can only mention people who have already posted in that thread. Type @ in the reply box to pick from the list.
- Check Tools > Logs > Email in Blesta to see whether the email was sent.
Pages look old or unstyled after an update
Press Ctrl+F5 to reload without your browser's cache.
