K & K Blesta licenses are tied to the domain and folder of your Blesta install. If you move Blesta to a new server, domain or folder, reissue the license so it can lock to the new location.
- Log in to your K & K Web Services client area.
- Open Services and click the license for the plugin you moved.
- Click Reissue License.
- In your Blesta admin, open the plugin's license page and click Save & Check (Client Forum and Trial Products) or Re-check license now (Caddie).
The license locks to the new domain the first time it checks in.
Changed server IP only?
Nothing to do. Licenses don't depend on your server's IP address, only the domain and folder.
Can't reissue?
Open a support ticket with your old and new Blesta address and we'll reset it for you.
