Updates for Client Forum, Caddie and Trial Products are installed the same way. Your settings and data are kept.

1. Log in to your K & K Web Services client area and open Services. Download the latest version from the product's downloads.
2. Unzip the download on your computer. You'll get one folder: client_forum, caddie or trial_products.
3. Upload that folder into your Blesta plugins folder, replacing the old files. With cPanel File Manager you can upload the zip to plugins and use Extract, saying yes to overwrite.
4. In Blesta, go to Settings > Company > Plugins > Installed and click Upgrade on the plugin.

On a multi-company install, Blesta upgrades the plugin for every company at once.

After updating

• If a page looks unchanged or unstyled, press Ctrl+F5 to reload it without your browser's cache.
• Don't delete the plugin's folder before uploading, and don't uninstall to update. Uninstalling can remove the plugin's data.
