No. This WHMCS client forum authenticates against the client’s existing WHMCS session — the same login they already use for invoices and support tickets.

How is client-submitted content protected?
Every new-thread, reply, and moderation action carries a session-backed CSRF token, and all user- and admin-entered content is HTML-escaped at render time.
Can I turn existing support tickets into forum threads?
Yes. From the admin panel, search your active tickets and promote any one into a public thread on the board of your choice. This copies the ticket’s original message into the new thread — it doesn’t close or modify the ticket itself.
Does forum content count against my WHMCS database size or hosting quota?
Forum data lives in a handful of new tables inside your existing WHMCS database — there’s no separate database or hosting account to provision. Storage is minimal since posts are text-based; there’s no file/image upload feature to worry about disk usage from.
What happens to forum content if I deactivate or uninstall the module?
Deactivating the module just hides the Forum tab — your categories, boards, threads, and replies stay in the database untouched, so reactivating brings everything back exactly as it was. A full uninstall is a separate, explicit step and isn’t triggered by deactivation alone.
Will this WHMCS client forum still work as my client base grows?
Yes. Boards and threads scale the same way any other WHMCS-hosted data does — there’s no separate capacity limit built into the module itself.
