Reset a password
- In WHM, go to Account Functions → Password Modification.
- Pick the account, enter a new password (or generate one) and click Change Password.
If you use WHMCS or Blesta, change it there instead so your billing system keeps the right password.
Log in to a client's cPanel without their password
- In WHM, go to Account Information → List Accounts.
- Click the cPanel icon next to the account.
This opens their cPanel in a new tab, which is handy when you're helping a client with email or files.
