How to create a hosting package in WHM Print

A package is a set of limits (disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and so on) that you give to a cPanel account. Create one package for each plan you sell.

  1. Log in to WHM.
  2. Go to Packages → Add a Package.
  3. Enter a Package Name, like starter. WHM adds your username to the front, so it becomes yourname_starter.
  4. Set the limits: Disk Quota, Monthly Bandwidth, Max FTP Accounts, Max Email Accounts, Max Databases, Max Addon Domains and so on.
  5. Leave Feature List on default unless you've made your own.
  6. Click Add.

To change a package later, go to Packages → Edit a Package. Changes apply to every account on that package.

The total disk space you give out can't be more than your plan allows, unless you're on Reseller 3 with overselling. See Reseller plan limits, overselling and upgrades.
