If you use WHMCS or Blesta, accounts are created automatically when clients order. Use these steps to create one by hand.
- Log in to WHM.
- Go to Account Functions → Create a New Account.
- Enter the client's Domain. WHM suggests a Username; you can change it.
- Set a strong Password (use the Password Generator) and enter the client's Email.
- Under Package, choose the package for the plan they bought.
- Click Create.
Send your client their cPanel login: https://their-domain.com/cpanel (once their domain points to the server), their username and password.
Their domain needs to use your nameservers (or ours) before the website will load. See How to use your own nameservers.
