- Log in to WHM.
- Go to Development → Manage API Tokens and click Generate Token.
- Name it something like
whmcs, leave it with full access to your reseller features, and click Save. - Copy the token now. WHM only shows it once.
Step 2: Add the server in WHMCS
- In WHMCS admin, go to Configuration → System Settings → Servers and click Add New Server.
- Set Module to cPanel.
- For Hostname or IP Address, enter the server hostname from your welcome email.
- For Username, enter your reseller username. Paste the token into API Token.
- Click Test Connection. When it succeeds, click Continue.
- Give the server a name, enter your nameservers (ours or your own private ones), set Maximum No. of Accounts to your plan's limit, and save.
Step 3: Put it in a server group
On the Servers page, click Create New Group, add your server to it, and save. Your products will use this group.
